TGC Fall Flex League

Format: 2-Person Teams, 18 Hole Scramble & Greensomes
When: Starting Monday, October 19th. Play/record your round anytime throughout the week Monday 12:00 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM.
Structure: 8-week regular season + playoffs

• Handicap System

  • Scramble Format: TrackMan calculates each player’s course handicap for that specific course/tees, then the 2-person scramble team handicap is 35% of the lower player’s course handicap + 15% of the higher player’s course handicap. For example, if the players’ course handicaps are 6 and 18, the team receives 4.8 strokes (6 × 35% + 18 × 15%) before TrackMan applies its rounding/scoring rules.

  • Greensomes Format: TrackMan calculates a 2-person Greensomes team handicap as 60% of the lower-handicap player’s course handicap + 40% of the higher-handicap player’s course handicap. For example, if the players’ course handicaps are 6 and 18, the team handicap is 10.8 strokes (6 × 60% + 18 × 40%).

  • To establish a handicap, players must complete an 18 hole round prior to the start of league.

• Scoring: Regular-season standings will use TrackMan’s default tournament points system, which awards points based on each team’s weekly finishing position (100 points for 1st, with progressively fewer points awarded for lower finishes). Season standings are determined by cumulative points earned across all eight regular-season events.

• Men: Blue/White tees (or equivalent); Women: Women’s tees (or equivalent) (See the league schedule below for specific tee yardages each week).

• League Fee: $80 per team. 100% of league fees go toward the league prize pool.

• Simulator Time: Free for members; $40/hour/bay for non-members. At a comfortable pace, a league round can be completed in approximately 90 minutes or less. Please book enough time to warm up and finish all 18 holes. Feel free to book additional time before or after your round!

• Playoffs: Week 1 of the playoffs will be a cut event, followed by a match-play bracket. Match-play seeding will be based on regular-season standings. All playoff events use the scramble format.

• Payouts: Weekly and playoff payouts will be determined based on the number of participating teams.

• Limits: Spots are limited so don’t wait to sign up!

Open to the Public

League Notes: Each team is responsible for completing its official weekly round during the designated league week. Rounds may not be played early or made up after the weekly deadline. If a team is unable to play during the scheduled week, a substitute may be used; substitutes without an established TrackMan handicap will play as a 0 handicap (scratch). Teams that do not complete a valid round during the scheduled week will receive 0 points for that event. Each team is limited to one official league round per week. Playoff seeding will be based on regular-season standings, with detailed playoff and tiebreaker procedures published prior to the postseason.
